Early Bird Draw for Bell Aliant Pioneers Members
There will be 5 draws for a free ticket for the 2010-2011 Bell Aliant Pioneers Lottery on May 28, 2010. To be eligible for this draw ticket holders must have purchased their ticket by May 27th at 11:59:59 PM and be a member of the Bell Aliant Pioneers Volunteers at the time of the draw.
Vacation Packages
There will be 33 draws for travel (three trip draws each month from June 2010 to May 2011, except April 2011– see below). Each vacation package will also have $500.00 spending money. Vacation package vouchers from Maritime Travel are transferable and the destination can be changed by the winner for another package up to the value of the certificate. Vacation package prize winners will have their name removed from future draws. Draws occur on the first business day of the month.
Tuesday Draws
There will be one draw for $500.00 on every Tuesday of the year (June 1, 2010 to May 31, 2011) with the exception of Canadian statutory holidays; the draw will take place on the first business day following the holiday. Winners of the $500.00 prizes will have their name placed back into the ballot box for a chance to win future prizes. (52 Tuesdays)
Friday Draws
There will be one draw for $500.00 on every Friday of the year (June 4, 2010 to May 27, 2011) with the exception of Canadian statutory holidays; the draw will take place on the first business day following the holiday. Winners of the $500.00 prizes will have their name placed back into the ballot box for a chance to win future prizes. (52 Fridays)

If you win a $500.00 or $1000.00 prize, your ticket will be put back into the ballot box for a
chance to win future draws. Winners of vacation packages or the April 2011 Jackpot draws of
$5000.00 will have their names removed from future draws.
Trip winners will receive a gift card from Maritime Travel in the amount featured for the month. They will
also receive spending money of $500.00. (In lieu of the gift card and the spending money, the winners can
choose a cash prize of $3000.00 at the time of drawing.) Vacation packages listed as suggestions provided
by Maritime Travel. Prices of actual packages may be different at time of booking. Winners will receive a
Maritime Travel gift certificate in the amount of the “Valued at” price of the vacation listed for that month.
Note: If the draw date lands on a holiday or a storm day, the draw will take place on the next business day.
Winners’ names will be posted to www.bellaliantpioneers.com under the lottery tab after they have been
notified. If the winner cannot be notified within two business days – the name will then be posted to the
website.
