Mt. Pearl Square Pioneers organize a Halloween Costume Contest
by , Nov 5, 2007

Pioneer Joe Kearney wins "Best Halloween Costume" award at the Mt. Pearl Sq. work location is St. John's
Pioneer leaders Karen Fitzpatrick and Craig Martin pose with the Halloween Costume winner, Joe Kearney

The new Aliant work location at Mt. Pearl Square was a buzz of activity on Halloween day. Workstations as well as employees were decorated, as there was no shortage of imagination for the efforts of making this a fun event! Pioneers held a Halloween Costume contest and offered a $50 SPA certificate to the "best dressed". Three members from Fort Pepperrell Life Members Club were invited to do the judging. It was a difficult task to do the choosing, but Joe Kearney, dressed in a pirate’s costume, had thought of everything right down to the brass buckles on his shoes.

Congratulation Joe and thanks to the Pioneers and employees who organized and participated in the event.
